In the heart of Kolkata where IKBF is right around the corner rejuvenating the minds of the bibliophiles and bookworms, a literary symphony unfolded at the prestigious SBI auditorium amidst the vibrant tapestry of the IKBF. Aajkaal, the celebrated publishing house orchestrated a grand inaugural ceremony, the launch of forty new masterpieces of literature, each a testament to the power of words.
The air was filled with anticipation as delegates from the world of literature, music, sports, and art graced the occasion with their presence. Well-known authors, their pens having woven magic into the fabric of these new literary masterpieces, shared the stage with icons of Tollywood and the music industry, their grand presence blessing the occasion with a subtle touch of stardust in the already glittering and enchanting event.
The event commenced with the announcement of the launching of 40 books by notable stalwarts from the world of literature, music and other forms of art whose words crafted in anecdotes serve us an epitome of knowledge and where we immerse ourselves in the narratives of the story. The announcement of the grandeur was followed by the felicitation of the dignitaries Pt. Ajoy Chakraborty( a legend in the world of Hindustani Classical vocal music), Srijato Bandyopadhyay( an eminent Indian poet), Anupam Roy( a popular playback singer ) and Surajit Mukherjee.
Sri Satyam Roy Chowdhury( chairperson of Aajkaal media house, MD Techno India Group and Chancellor Sister Nivedita University), who had come to witness the beautiful moment of the launch of "āĻŽā§ āĻŦāύ⧠āĻāĻ "in memories of his wife Mou Roy Chowdhury by Mr Tridip Chatterjee, Procheto Gupta, Sudhanshu Shekhar Dey, Debashish DuttaTridip Chatterjee and Gautam Sarkar.
Amidst the delirium revolving around the event accompanied by the buzzing of the crowd, an ambiance of poignancy had set in, as the celebrities reminisced their memoirs of Late Mou Roychowdhury. Her untimely demise had left a blank space in the hearts of the authors and poets along with the iconic figures of the world of craftsmanship, dedicatedly invested into the art of writing and crafting their experiences and perspective of the world into a repertoire.
The personalities cordially thanked Aajkaal for the inauguration of their literary works. Tollywood Diva Gargi Roy Chowdhury spoke about the nostalgia related to books as a symphony of sentiments and a nostalgic rendezvous of the good old days where the aroma of the freshly printed pages used to be the realm of happiness and peace.
Anupam Roy sang " Bariye Dao Tomar Haath ami abar tomar Angul dhorte Chai.....".It was the picture-perfect moment that everybody among the spectators had been manifesting. The air crackled with sounds of applause.
