The taste of Kashmir blasts in the tongue of all the book lovers in the 48th International Kolkata Book Fair at Boi Mela Prangan,Salt Lake . Kashmiri Kehwa flows into Kolkata Book Fair this kehwa wins the heart of multiple book lovers.

Every year book fair comes with some unique foods from different part of the world and this year book fair came up with a stall namely "Kashmiri Kehwa & kashmiri Dry Fruits”. Kehwa is a quintessential beverage of Kashmir and its presence in ikbf transports visitor to picturise the valleys and the snow covered mountains of Kashmir.

This year's Book fair came up with a unique appetizer of Kashmir where 11 different spices are mixed to create this fusion with which the bibliophiles are engaging their taste buds. The vibrant colour of saffron, the aromatic fragrance of the spices and the brew engages the tongue of the visitors. These Kehwa include saffron, cinnamon, cloves and different dryfruits, different herbs. Their affordability is also admired by the book lovers. People from all over the world associated here at ikbf to taste the authentic kashmiri appetizer as well as to get their bags filled with books. The international book fair is the place where various culture collides and each share their thought either by pen and paper or by various varieties of food. The knot between food and book will be always unbreakable. This kehwa offers the visitors a rich taste of Kashmir’s heritage along the world of literature
