One of the fast food centres have brought Nolen Gurer Moose, Taxi Pastries and Boi Mela Pastries. 

Book enthusiasts are enchanted with the new books as well as the new sweet treats from the brand. 

In the Boi Mela Prangan different cultures collide who loves to explore new things be it books or foods. Every year they bring up book fair special sweet dishes which attract the attention of the visitors and they never disappoints.

Book enthusiasts are not only driven by the smell of books but also by the smell of freshly baked pastries.

As winter approaches Bengali’s heart and tongue seeks for nolen gur and pitha puli. The fast food centre particularly paid a special attention to the taste bud of bangali and created unique mash up of nolen gur with cake and cream which turned out to be the Nolen Gur Moose.
